SAMUNDAR is designed to keep the source of displayed Gurbani clear and to separate verified scripture from search aids.

Intended public-release provenance

Shabad OS — Gurbani text and metadata source.

Open Granth — generated Roman transliteration source.

BaniDB / Khalis Foundation — daily Hukamnama and optional online source lookups.

Release gate: the current V3.23 corpus is preserved unchanged in this candidate. Before public release, its embedded corpus will be reconciled against the intended Shabad OS / Open Granth snapshots and the exact snapshot/version will be recorded here.

External links and lookups

SriGranth and SikhiToTheMax are linked as external Gurbani resources. Additional online collections may use BaniDB where enabled. External services remain responsible for their own content and availability.

Third-party notices

The final public package will carry the applicable source notices and licences alongside the app and website. SAMUNDAR does not claim ownership of Gurbani.
